Settlement of Khanum Bibi's properties, 1847
The document reads, in part: In 1845 or 1846, Aqa Mahdi, son of Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi, died and left one son and two daughters behind. After a while, his two [daughters] also died. The properties of Aqa Sayyid Jaʻfar that had been given to his son, Aqa Mahdi, were transferred to his children and after that were transferred to their mother, Khanum Bibi, daughter of Aqa Asad Allah. When the ʻiddah period was over, Khanum Bibi married Sayyid Muhammad, brother of the deceased Aqa Mahdi. Then she settled whatever property she had to her current husband, Aqa Sayyid Muhammad, for fifteen tumans....

Settlement of Mah Baygum, daughter of the late Muhammad ‘Alikhan, and her husband Aqa Muhammad Mustafa Khan, son of Muhammad al-Ashraf, over an inherited house from Muhammad al-Ashraf, which was mentioned in her marriage contract, in exchange for one hundred and fifty thousand tumans. Then, Aqa Muhammad Mustafa Khan settled half of a newly constructed house, in exchange for one hundred and fifty tumans to Mah Baygum.

Settlement between Khatun, daughter of ‘Ishq‘ali from Khuzan, and her husband Sultan Muhammad, son of Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, exchanging some properties (a piece of land, a house, and a garden with its share of water) mentioned in her marriage contract, along with her share of the inheritance from a specific house and garden, and a piece of land inherited from her father for five tumans and a piece of land in Shams Abad from Sultan Muhammad. The fee for the detriment clause is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. Marriage contract between Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of Sayyid Ahmad, and Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, the son of Mirza Husayn, on July 16, 1871. The mahr includes 18 tumans cash, room's carpets worth 6 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan worth four tumans, part of a building in Shaykh Zayn al-Din neighborhood, and a piece of land.
